ARTIST NOTES: W P Fitzgerald was lord Mayor of Sydney in 1920.
In 1901 he opened W P Fitzgerald, Grocery shop which was in business for over 50 years.
He died in 1938 leaving $11,817 for the benefit of his wife and family

ARTIST BIO

 I was born in Devon, England 1943 and immigrated to Australia with my husband and two daughters in 1972.

I am a self-taught traditional artist painting mainly buildings, landscapes etc.

I have had several solo exhibitions in galleries in the St George and Sutherland area.

My awards are: 1st prize. Oyster Bay Art Festival
