ARTIST NOTES: 2025 I am putting together four A2 size images that are themes on a cocktail. Putting my love of commercial art, advertising art, a little pop art and illustrations all together.

“Bloody Mary” so named after the famous cocktail with the same name. In this piece I have a large looming octopus as the protector of the precious chillies 🌶️ locked within a wooden chest deep in the ocean. Only to be shared with the folklore creature, Miss Celery, the mermaid. A few hidden objects scattered about, ingredients of the popular drink. Of course land creatures have heard of this delight, and will do anything to steal the precious chillies used for the Bloody Mary… but watch out! The pepper shaker is close, you might become part of the cocktail. Ink on paper, Number 1.
