Thank you for taking your time to consider our show.
If you choose to enter your art work in our Show then you will need to follow this procedure and agree to the Terms and Conditions for Entry and Sales.
Entries opening 11th February 2022. Submit your work and Entry payment/s via the Gallery 247 online system and before midnight on Monday 28th March 2022. It is preferred to insert quality colour images of the work in its entirety to help with the review, pre-selection and artwork hanging space. If there is a significant difference between the initial submitted image and the actual work, the work will not be exhibited.
After the closing date all submissions will be reviewed and assessed by a Pre-Selection Panel.
Artists whose works are selected for exhibition will be notified via email or SMS using the online system and invited to exhibit at the Show. Artists must notify the Organisers if the work is no longer available for the Show. Upon receiving notification of acceptance of your works, your nominated account will be debited the amount shown on your Gallery 247 invoice.
Artists or their agents deliver the works to the Art Show venue. If you intend using a courier, please ensure your works are appropriately packaged or in an art courier bag to ensure collection and delivery.
During the Show you will be notified via the online system if your artwork sells. A red dot will be placed on the item in the Art Show.
Artists or their agents need to collect the unsold works from the Art Show venue on Monday 18th April or Tuesday 19th April 2022 as detailed in the Key Dates section.
Payments for sold works will be made to the artist, via EFT (preferable) or cheque, for the sale proceeds minus the commission within 10 business days of the close of the Show. Please note that payment of GST, if applicable, is the artist's responsibility.
